3 Step System Explained

The first three days

You begin your health journey by eating from an approved food list with no calorie counting for 3 days, accompanied with nutritional support. The focus here, is to remove sugar & carbohydrates dependency/cravings to begin to promote Gut health. Step 1 prepares your body for Step 2

Fat Loss & Detox

This is the detox & weight loss step which typically lasts for 27 days or can be longer depending on individual results. Your meals will be calorie restricted & supported by proper nutrition. Your body will now begin to feel the difference as a result of burning fat. There is an easy to follow meal plan, & along with an approved food list, it can cater to any dietary requirements.

Maintenance

This is the final stage which varies from 15-21 days, depending on how many rounds of the program you choose to do. Here we re-introduce additional food groups into your diet along with calories increase to begin to teach you how to live healthily for the rest of your life

Here’s what your Daily Program routine could look like

Example Day

Let's Get Started!

Daily

Throughout the day you must consume 3 liters of water

Morning

First thing in the morning, you take your nutrition with some water and protein

Morning Tea

For Morning tea, you have half a piece of fruit from approved food list

Lunch

For lunch, you have your nutrition, protein (veg or non-veg protein) and One vegetable from approved food list

Afternoon Snack

Another half piece of fruit (from approved food list) for an afternoon snack

Dinner

For dinner, you have more protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable , plus additional nutrition
